Frankreischè
Hello,
Again, I'll drop a line about a fantastic weekend...
The last weekend in June I made my best trip to the land of frog's leg, baguettes and striped t-shirts(all chlichés mentioned?) :) - LA FRANCE - it was my first stay for more than one night, namely 36 hours. A lovely relaxing bus trip of 30 hours....but the cheapest way to visit my dear friend: ULLI.
By my side: the charming Frau Inge!
8,30 in the morning we arrived in LILLE....And Ülli conjured up a breakfast....unbelievable....the whole weekend should be kind of gourmet festival.
Brioche, pain du chocolat)?)

Castle Howard and the whole caboodle...including THE hunt
The early birds...
It's said to be a castle, but looks like a palace. Nevertheless, british gardeners know their job very well. What a beautiful park they have built.
What too much money harm could be seen inside the palace: lots of pictures, even more paintings and excessive wallpapers(more a bone-crashing feeling inside)
But the estate in general was fantastic! (believe it or not!)
A great lake, temples, fountain and many peafowls/peacokcs...but have a look at the pirctures!
Paddling(?) - Spreewald
Hi guys,
here are some nice pictures of our paddling tour during father's day...just 3 days of camping (yes, we do stay at home sometimes) here, somewhere between Dresden and Berlin.
It's a unique landscape of forests and grassland interrupted by unnumberable little canals -
maybe not the Venice-style, but unique!

Sometimes you're alone, just you and the mosquitos!

...but also villages, and houses with roofs made of reed.

...don't forget the sluices, to control the water level...
...and "to take a bath"

Helping others with the sluice (without any connection to the outfit) can make you kind of rich...at least for eating ice cream...
But there are always nice spot for a picnic, for sleeping in the sun, as well.
After the first night and day with f** eehm freezing temperatures...

...the wheather has changed to nice continental behaviour...
(don't know if I'm allowed to "publish" the picture above, but I think it's mentioned in our relationship-contract :)

Hi guys,
we proudly present some interesting pics of our redecorated flat!
Hope you like it! So you're going to visit us soon!
Firstly there's a nice Picasso copy in our living room:
Of course you can only see the walls, because aren't enough furnitures yet...
And our kitchen, as untidy as usual....

But believe me, a couch in the kitchen is one of the best things you can have....not only comfortable...and tired guests can rest there...
And that's it! Perhaps there'll follow some picture....we'll see :)

It's a CU soon (ASAP!) - Definitevely!
Good Morning,
just some recent pictures...
At the moment I'm feeling really sad...because of leaving York. (And it's 7.30 in the morning)
I'll really really miss you....maybe more than you think!
And here you are, some regulars of the Hansom Cab:
Jorge and Moise(?!)
Monica and Chiara
Chiara and David

And Chiara and Coline and David!

And Sonita and me!
See you soon!
